Job Description:
The Sales Specialist contractor role is responsible for matchmaking leads to prospective clients and maintaining detailed records of communication within a CRM, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
After relationships are built, the candidate will utilize strong customer service and sales skills to obtain clientele.
Average comp payouts between $4,800- $5,800 per monthEarn Generous Commissions $300 - $2,000 Business Per SubscriptionJob Duties:
Call businesses to make connections for a FREE trial with leads custom to their industry.
Assist potential leads and new sign up's with answers to their questionsPerforming constant follow up calls during the trial and informing them of customer we sentPrompt & timely scheduled follow up calls, with outstanding proposal and presentation skillsContacting the decision-maker to offer a subscription full of warm calls to each businessCan overcome objections with honesty and transparency for best customer satisfactionGreat communication and organization skills between other associated departments within the company, by documenting, tracking, and monitoring all leads and activities.
Additionally, excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
Multi-tasking and time-management skillsStrong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Proficient using Microsoft Office software, including Excel.
Experience using other CRM applicationsAbility to be on the phone 70-80% of the dayCommunicate with decision-makers and other various contacts at the company in an articulate and professional mannerWork independently as a 1099 Contractor (Commission-Only)Be incredibly detailed oriented & PatientREQUIREMENTS:
