Description:
Oversees everyday daily duties & operations of Field Equipment Service Technicians & Retail Merchandisers to guarantee maximum performance & productivity.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for Field Equipment Service Techs. & Retail Merchandisers daily operations. Allocate specific tasks for equipment repair, maintenance & cleaning.
Inspect equipment and conduct annual performance reviews on field techs and merchandisers.
Ensure all equipment & procedures meet standard requirements and report any problems or issues to senior management.
Organize and coordinate installments with various departments.
Keep track of inventory.
Make sure all Field employees are trained with most recent & up to date policies.
Adhere to strict ethical, safety and hygienically procedures.
Qualifications:
At least 3 yrs. experience in supervisory position
Valid driver's license & clean driving record
GED or High School Diploma is mandatory
Trade school certification preferred
EPA certificate & refrigeration experience a plus
HVAC / Refrigeration Experience Required
