KC Harvey's Marietta, Ohio office is looking for an experienced Senior Environmental Project Manager / Business Development Leader to join our Team.
As Senior Environmental Project Manager / Business Development Leader you will develop and manage projects in the Appalachian Marcellus and Utica oil and gas plays. KC Harvey's regional office is located in historic Marietta, Ohio along the banks of the Ohio River. Candidates must have a solid foundation in private sector consulting with an emphasis on environmental management for oil and gas clients.
The leader we are looking for will:
o Develop and implement a business development strategy to expand the current client base
o Identify and develop opportunities with established and new clients
o Mentor and develop professional staff
o Present science and engineering based recommendations to clients
o Develop project plans, statements of work, project budgets, schedules, staffing plans and quality management plans
The successful applicant will have:
o Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or engineering. Master's degree preferred
o Minimum 7-10 years related experience in environmental project management and environmental consulting
o 1 - 2 years supervisory experience
o Strong communication and writing skills
o Computer Skills: MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
Experience needed includes:
o Private sector environmental consulting for oil and gas clients
o Experience conducting and/or directing regulatory compliance inspections, audits, and assessments
o Preparing permit applications and environmental compliance related documents
o Formulation of storm water management plans, production water management plans, and spill response / SPCC plans
o Possess a solid foundation in the areas of wetland delineation and permitting, air quality, water quality assessment, and baseline biological monitoring
Knowledge and/or experience in the following environmental compliance areas helpful
o SPCC/SPRP
o 404 Permitting
o NPDES Permitting
o Water Quality Assessment
o Storm water management
o Wetland Delineation
o Air qualityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
