Maintenance Support
Job Description:
Full-time position providing support to all areas of the Facilities Maintenance Department.
Responsibilities:
Snow removal
Painting
Moving furniture
Minor repairs or maintenance on plumbing, electrical, appliances, furniture, vehicles, tools, and related equipment
Climate conditions may vary based on external weather conditions
Exposure to sub-degree temperatures can be expected
Exposure to unpleasant or hazardous conditions or material is minimal
However, there is regular exposure to equipment and lifting
Requirements:
Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds, drive a motor vehicle, and exposure to hazardous materials using precautionary equipment
Two years of related experience and a mechanical aptitude with a general knowledge of facility maintenance
Personal transportation with clean driving record & insurance mandatory
