Responsibilities:
Become the expert in finding Buyers their perfect home, writing and negotiating contracts and home repairs. Master the entire home selling (listing) process from initial home visit through to closing. Work side-by-side with our Inside Sales team, Administrative Team and Affiliates.
Achieve monthly sales quota by converting leads to sales.
Required Skills and
Experience:
1-2 years of general business or sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High Energy and Positive Attitude
NOT AFRAID OF THE PHONE!
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Required Mentality:
- No fear, no barriers, no excuses
- No ability to accept failure, but willing to lose a deal to learn
Benefits and Compensation:
We are so confident that the right person in this position can be successful, we will guarantee that you'll make $50,000 or more or we'll pay the difference. This is a direct hire full-time position with complete training. Independent contractor status allows for flexibility. There is no limit to the commissions that can be earned. Candidate will be required to obtain State of Alaska Real Estate License.
