We are currently seeking an experienced Civil/ Structural Engineer for one of our top clients in Anchorage, AK, a multi- disciplined EPC company that provides engineering services to the oil and gas, mining and power industries.
This is a 2/2 rotational position located on the North Slope.
The Civil/ Structural Engineer is primarily responsible for supporting complex civil/ structural engineering tasks related to new and existing refineries, chemical plants, and Oil & Gas facilities.
The Civil/ Structural Engineer is also responsible for:
- Creating original designs, specifications, reports, and work with drafter/designers and supervising engineers
- Reviewing drawings and submittals
- Preparing and adhering to assigned budgets and schedules, integrating team efforts, reviewing work, setting priorities, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner and communicating status to lead engineers
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5-7
years of civil/ structural engineering experience within the Oil & Gas industry
- Prior Alaska project experience
- Alaska P.E. license requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
