This is an open position that requires extensive travel to work on our projects at various client locations across the country. CTG is posting and recruiting for this position in many cities throughout the United States. CTG will consider candidates who meet the qualifications for this position regardless of where they live.
CTGHS is looking for outstanding consultants with significant experience to fill with the following specifications:
This position will work in coordination with IT and Physician Operations. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the execution of the Community Connect strategy and overseeing the work of 2 project teams to ensure the implementation, associated timeline and managing risks and communication.
Prior experience serving in a senior leadership role with an Epic Community Connect is required.
Qualifications: Required Skills/Experience Include:
o Minimum of ten years professional experience in leadership roles
o Prior experience leading implementations of Community Connect highly preferred or at a minimum implementation of large and diverse ambulatory clinics if under a different model.
o Prior Epic ambulatory experience required
o Demonstrated professional experience in preparing and presenting information effectively, clearly, and concisely, in written and spoken form to a wide-range of internal and external constituencies, including non-technical executives, officers, product or service vendors and middle-managers.
PMP Preferred
