Primary Function :
Arcticom is seeking a Temporary Part time Janitor / Laborer to to perform daily Janitorial / Laborer services. Daily for two (2) hours per day, Monday through Friday. Duration of job is two (2) months, December 2014 and January 2015.
_ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
Responsibilities:_
Assist with company cleaning of newly acquired space.
Assist with unpacking of office equipment and supplies.
Light maintenance on electronics. Dust electronics and make sure batteries charged.
Assisting with inventory.
Empty all trash in designated building on a daily basis.
Clean restrooms daily or more frequently as requested, with special emphasis on
the toilet.
Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners,
sponges, or squeegees as needed.
Dust surfaces at least monthly.
Clean all break room areas, using proper cleaning supplies.
Vacuum carpets in all offices in designated building.
Assist in checking facility for safety hazards or problems and reports any
deficiencies.
Use cleaning supplies properly, in accordance with Material Safety and Data Sheets
(MSDS).
Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.

Experience in routine labor work.
Must be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
Demonstrated ability in developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
Ability to provide information to supervisor and co-workers by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person
Have working knowledge of MSDS sheets.
Ability to be sensitive to others' needs and feelings and being understanding and helpful on the job.
Able to demonstrate a genuine concern and respect for all cultures and diverse populations served.
