PDS Tech is seeing an Construction Engineer in Anchorage, AK.
Job duties include:
Responsible for monitoring HSE, progress, quality, and compliacnes issues during project detail design, implementation, and completion activities.
Ensure technical, quality, and compliance issues are reported, reviewed, and resolved in an efficient, controlled, and auditable manner.
Review specifications and engineering drawings and documents to ensure compliance with regulatory and international rules as applicable.
Provide quality construction engineering support and coordination to the project team, interfacing with existing facilities including but not limited to the full range of construction engineering/input.
Coordinate and supervise design, procurement, fabrication, and installation activities.
Requires five years of experience.
Bachelor's degree
10 years experience required in all of the following:
o Safety
o Facilities Planning
o Knowledge of common safety hazards and practices
o Construction tools
o Safety practices and procedures
o Logistics
o Safety procedures
o Materials management
o Project management
o Project planning
