Job Summary
Westaff is looking to hire 2 lead positions, must have minimum of 6 month to 1 year experience in a managing roll. Will oversee, guide and direct others as well as helping to process business orders in a closed office environment. This is a customer service based position. Duties will include but are not limited to processing business orders via telephone, pulling reports and tracking data. Qualified candidates will be able to perform alpha numeric data entry at a minimum speed of 8500 keystrokes per hour, have excellent Microsoft Excel and MS Word skills. Qualified candidates will act professionally, have a great attitude and have impeccable attendance.
Qualifications
Education - High school diploma or equivalent
Experience Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in an office or Customer Service experience managing others.
Other Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Be well organized and able to prioritize.
Attendance- Regular attendance is required and must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Background, Education, and Employment References will be checked once accepted for employment. Drug test may be required
