Instrumentation Engineer

I&C Engineering experts are needed to design and engineer Arctic Oil and Gas facility projects. Alaska North Slope Instrmentation and controls project engineering experience is desired. The Engineers will be highly skilled working with high pressure steam boilers, centrifugal chillers, air handling units, cooling towers, air compressors, air dryers, heat exchangers, exhaust systems, VAV DDC and pneumatic controls, and building automation control systems. This is a Contract position in Alaska.
Responsibilities for the Instrumentation Engineer
Responsible for Control wiring and schematics, PLC wiring, DCS wiring, PLC/DCS marshalling cabinets, Swithcgear wiring.
Produce construction packages from conception to completed product on any size project and perform in all aspects of petrochemical instrumentation and electrical design work
Assign I/O points to the new system and designing and drawing all loops, location plans and interconnect wiring diagrams
Requirements for the Instrumentation Engineer
Extensive experience with production facility I&C design and AutoCAD experience
Proven ability to sort through inputs and produce accurate, constructible engineering drawings and documentation.
AutoCAD experience including AutoCAD 2011, Paper Space/Model Space, raster editing, X-Refs, and 3D. CADWorx experience preferred.
Design experience with heat trace systems, cable tray, underground ductbanks, switchracks and lighting.
