Project Controls Engineer

Oil and Gas Engineering company needs a Project Control professional for North Slope projects. Must have proven skills in project controls, estimating, planning and scheduling, earned value control, cost control, and change control with oil and gas projects, artic climate experience desired. Qualified candidates will be able to consolidate performance data to support performance measurement, data analysis, cost forecasting and develop accurate and timely project cost forecasts with the participation of other project controls lead staff. This is a long term Contract position in Alaska.
Responsibilities for the Project Controls Engineer
Work with lead project control staff, assisting with cost controls, planning,scheduling, and estimating activities that support the overall proposal strategy or project requirements
Implement a project specific change control procedure, support the project team with change identification, documentation, costing, and collect and input timely and accurate cost data for cost report development.
Support the estimating team in maintaining and trending historical cost data from actual hours, costs, and pricing.
Requirements for the Project Controls Engineer
Must be experience in the subject areas of project controls, estimating, planning, scheduling, earned value control, cost control, and change control.
Must be and expert in consolidating performance data to support performance measurement, data analysis, and cost forecasting.
