The Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring all services provided by The Arc adhere to the agencys Mission and Core Values. The Director of Operations is responsible for development, maintenance and measurement of operations procedures. The Director ensures operations procedures result in quality customer service as measured by agency policy, state and federal regulation, and national accreditation standards. This position works under the general direction of the Executive Director and has support responsibility to all directors and team leaders.
Masters Degree preferred. Bachelors degree in a related field required. Require 5-7 years of management experience and a minimum of three years supervisory experience. Information Technology Systems (servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, telecommunications) background/experience strongly preferred. A combination of education, experience, and certifications may substitute for degree requirement. Valid Alaska driver license, clean driving record, proof of insurance, continuous use of a vehicle, CPR/First Aid certification, current Mandt certification, TB vaccination/health screening, and the ability to pass a criminal background check.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
