Title: Document Controls Support 6 -
Location: AK-Anchorage
Other Locations:
Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of document controls maintenance for medium to large projects. May also provide assistance to the Project Manager for scheduling meetings, recording meeting minutes and other administrative tasks to support project delivery. Uses electronic systems to store and track communications and log documents. This position provides support in day-to-day functions that relate to document controls quality and processing. The incumbent performs a specialized document controls role independently. He/she uses judgment based on experience to evaluate situations and select correct solution, and exchanges complex information related to policies and procedures of document controls. This position interacts regularly across departments and with some external contacts
High School Diploma or GED
8 to 10 years experience preferred. Experience reviewing Oil & Gas Design/Engineering drawing packages for quality conformance and delivery to a client required. Knowledge and experience in ConocoPhillips'' SAP system and EPDDRM required.
