The Asset Integrity (AI) Planner manages and coordinates corrosion-related inspection and maintenance activities on cross-country pipelines, well lines and drillsite piping. Primary areas of responsibility are the CUI (Corrosion Under Insulation) and Below-Grade inspection and refurbishment programs, Corrosion Major Repairs and in-service welding packages. Duties include planning, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, cost tracking, reporting and coordination of resources required to implement PMO's (maintenance orders), modification and repair packages, inspections and maintenance projects from inception through execution.
1) Manage the CUI (Corrosion Under Insulation) inspection and refurbishment program.
2) Manage the Below-Grade inspection and refurbishment program.
3) Prioritize and coordinate corrosion repairs on piping systems field-wide: pipelines, flowlines and drillsites.
4) Steward In-Service Welding Packages for repair sleeves on piping systems and for hot taps.
5) Maintain AI components of Integrated Schedule.
6) Coordinate and prioritize Engineering, Drafting and Design work related to corrosion repairs on pipelines, flowlines and drillsite piping systems.
7) Help establish annual scope and goals for the CUI program.
8) Help establish annual scope and goals for the Below-Grade program.
9) AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) development and oversight of CUI budget.
10) AFE development and oversight of Below-Grade budget.
11) Manage corrosion-related PMOs (maintenance orders), including status code updates, progress reporting and settlement rules.
12) Report status and forecast LTO budgets related to CUI and Below-Grade programs.
13) Lead weekly status meetings for the CUI and Below Grade programs, maintain meeting minutes for these meetings, maintain KPIs for CUI and Below-Grade programs and post to AI website.
14) Coordinate and schedule O&M; support such as Energy Isolation and tie-ins for major pipeline, flowline and drillsite projects.
15) Provide logistics and scheduling support for Smart Pigging program.
16) Arrange and coordinate specialty contractors in support of AI activities.
17) Provide AI input and updates to integrated field-wide maintenance schedule.
18) Report status and forecast of AI activities in weekly Field-Wide and Facility Planning meetings.
19) Lead numerous other periodic status and coordination meetings and publish minutes for those meetings.
Engineering degree preferred, BS in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

years' experience as a Project Engineer and/or Construction Engineer and/or Project Manager and/or Construction Manager with at least 5 of those years working in the field.
Field experience on oil field projects and/or oil field operations and maintenance.
Extensive knowledge of repair and construction principles, procedures, techniques and personnel.

years' experience in upstream process facility design and installation with emphasis on piping, pipeline and structural design and installation.
Familiarity with applicable codes and standards (i.e., ASME process pipe and pressure vessel codes, API tank codes, welding codes, etc.).
Understanding of corrosion processes, progression, consequent impacts and various mitigations.
Experience in the use of SAP and/or scheduling software.

years North Slope Alaska work experience.
Experience working in a back-to-back alternate situation.
Familiarity with the Kuparuk O&M; Work Process.
