Customer Service Representative (Anchorage)

Position: Customer Service Representative Department: Customer Service Reporting Responsibility: Lead or Supervisor of customer service Functional Summary: Essential Responsibilities: Initiates, processes, and completes documentation required to insure compliance with company and regulatory agency requirements. Adheres to all policies and procedures defined by our company. High level of versatility. Willingness to accept, and complete, other job functions as assigned when required to keep business operations flowing in a smooth manner. Essential Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: High school diploma or G.E.D. Ability to communicate effectively in the English language. Able to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment. Special Note This position may include pre-employment, random, and 'for cause' drug testing and criminal background check.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
