1Master's degree in Psychology or a related field from an accredited college; OR Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field from an accredited college and two (2) years of experience as a Psychometrician performing testing, scoring, and interpretation of psychological tests.
2Obtain Certified Specialist in Psychometry Certification within three (3) years of date of hire.
Employee Health Requirements:
Compliance with our Employee Health Procedure is a condition of SCF employment.
You are required to agree that you will comply with all job-related employee health screening and immunizations prior to your first day of employment.
Jobs designated as a Health Care Personnel (HCP) position, requires that you have documentation that you have completed the following immunizations prior to your first day of employment:
MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hepatitis B, Influenza, T-dap (Tetanus - Diphtheria - Pertussis), and COVID-19 vaccination is required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
