Summary:
The Health Administrative Assistant (HAA) plays a key role in the successful delivery of care to our patients at Chugachmiut.
The HAA ensures all patients receive excellent service in a professional and caring environment.
They are aware that confidentiality is of utmost importance.
Duties include but are not limited to greeting patients, answering telephones, collecting the most up-to-date patient demographic information, checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments for multiple providers and contacting patients with reminders calls.
Qualifications:
High School graduate or GED required Experience in general office practices or medical office preferred Basic computer skills required WORK HOURS:
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 10:

m.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
