Summary:
Manages and directs the operational policies, objectives, and initiatives of the company within the guidelines of the business plan and Corporate directivesCandidate must be familiar with a variety of field specific concepts, practices, and procedures and have the ability to build a team and provide the necessary leadership to attain the objectivesRelies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsESSENTIAL DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
o Direct and coordinate activities of business(es) or department(s) concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products.
o Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
o Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
o Implement departmental policies and procedures established by the corporationEstablish goals and objectives, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
o Prepare and/or assist in preparation of proposals necessary for continued growth opportunities and potential business opportunities.
o Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
o Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
o Provide strategic vision of growth to the organizational officials and the Board for the product and services provided.
o Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services.
o Prepare and maintain the company budget.
o Direct and coordinate the company's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
o Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand.
o Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilitiesNON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

REQUIRED:
o Minimum BS/ BA in Business or related field.
o Minimum eight (8) years of related experience.
o Other qualifications may be considered as equivalents in lieu of stated minimums at the discretion of the hiring authority.
o Government and 8(a) contracting experience preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
o Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resourcesPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
