As a Certified Travel Specialist you will be responsible for assisting clients by preparing travel packages to not just meet but exceed their needs and expectations.

Responsibilities:
Must be able to work independently as well as within a team Review client's budgets, to ensure we are creating travel packages to stay within budgets Become involved within your local communities to promote the company Handle last-minute issues that may occur, and ensure they are addressed promptly Promptly respond to clients' requests, via phone and emails Maintain updated records for your clients
Qualifications:
Must be a United States Citizen Must be 18 years or older Must have access to a laptop or smartphone with reliable internet access Must be effective at communicating with clients Must have good organizational skills
