Associate Manager Clinic Operations

This position functions as the clinic support staff manager for the Providence Medical Group and Family Medical Clinic reports to the Clinic Practice Manager II/Senior Manager.
This manager is responsible to direct the clinic staff, PSS and other personnel under the established organizational matrix.
The manager develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure efficient patient flow, quality care, customer satisfaction and successful clinic operations.

Required Qualification Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in provider practices or equivalent.
Must be able to demonstrate awareness and support of evidence-based clinical practices, patient care standards, policies, procedures and protocols.
Also preferred knowledge of billing practices, policies and budgetary/fiscal practices.
Knowledge of regulatory agency requirements and operational activities as they relate to best practice guidelines.
