Direct Support Professional

Do you enjoy being active and out in the community? Northbridge has several openings in the Day-Hab and Supported Employment Programs.
These are primarily weekday hours with mileage reimbursement for all travel relating to work.
We also have a variety of Group Home shifts available.
Northbridge is hiring on-call, full-time, and part-time Direct Support Professionals to serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in-home and community-based settings.

Minimum Job Requirements:
--18 years of age or older--Most positions require a valid State of Alaska Driver's License with two years of good driving record.
--A vehicle with registration and proper insurance is required for most positions--High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent--Must be able to pass a State and Federal Background Check--Willing to work at least one weekend day if neededPerks:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
