Summary:
We are recruiting for a full time hybrid position available in the Community and Technical College to assist with college operations.
In this role you will manage all non-credit courses, track invoices, event organization, and other aspects of the college's operations.
You will be the main contact to assist auto/diesel, culinary arts, and welding.

40CTC Program Non-credit and Admin support:
? ASAP/Genius operations to include Course scheduling in Genius, Coordinating with instructors, Student support ? Submitting and tracking Invoicing for CTC (DOL, MYC, Etc) ? Submitting and tracking CTC reimbursements ? Tracking Grants and Contract expenses ? Support non-credit programs including check-ins and outs.
Essential 60Academic Support for Culinary Arts and Transportation and Power programs:
? Provide administrative support to the division and its leadership.
Answer phones, mail, and fax messages, and distribute mail.
? Act as primary point of contact and support for ADT, Culinary, and Welding division adjunct faculty and students.
? Coordinate and provide support for advisory board meetings, committees, as well as various ceremonial public and special events.
? Manage rosters and mailing lists; plan and prepare for meetings, distribute agendas, collect and compile documents, organize catering, take notes and produce minutes.
? Coordinate purchases for the division:
enter purchase requisitions, track delivery and payment of purchase orders, and conduct procard transactions.
? Other duties to support CA and Transportation and PowerEssential Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
-Experience with event planning, customer service, interpersonal and communication skills -Experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
Strong proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and Access), email, and web browsers.
-Ability to make independent decisions, conduct troubleshooting and analytical/problem solving, time management and organizational skills, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
-Ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality is required.
Preferred Experience & Education:
Experience with data storage applications, such as Banner Student, Human Resources, and Finance.
A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in the following areas:
customer service/interactions with the public, providing administrative support to programs or offices, bookkeeping and accounting practices, fiscal statement preparation, cash audit/handling and reconciliation.
Required Experience & Education:
An associate's degree or a combination of equivalent education and experience in a relevant field.
Salary Information:
This is a full-time, term-funded, 12-month, non-exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package.
New hires will be placed on the UA staff salary schedule, Grade 78, based on education and experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
