is seeking an experienced Cultivation Tech to add to our team.
The Grow Tech plays a crucial role in our production of high-quality cannabis and will report to the Cultivation Manager.
This is a labor-intensive position and will require working on your feet and/or on the ground for the entire shift with frequent lifting of plants, pots, hoses, soil, nutrients, and other materials.

Responsibilities and Duties Plant caretaking, including Watering, Transplanting, Pruning, Staking, and Trellising Moving & Organizing plants within their assigned grow areas and growth phases Hanging harvested plants for the dry flower curing process Preparing and Trimming Dried flower for final packages Filling and organizing the dry-curing areas & freezers with harvested plants General warehouse maintenance All basic cleaning, including cleaning and sanitizing the grow area and grow equipment Other duties assigned by cultivation management Requirements of Position Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
