Remote ASCI is currently seeking applicants to be considered for a Contract Analyst position.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Contract Administration:
Draft Call Off Requests and amendments for Contract Specialist review prior to processing.
This includes ensuring proper documentation back up or requirements are included in requests.
Handle the coordination and management of CCORs (Contract Call Off Requests) drafts, review processes, approvals to final execution.
As requested, assist contract specialist and contract manager in gathering pertinent information for reporting requirements.
Assist the Contract Specialist in the preparation of Recommendations for Award (RFA's), Sourcing plans, Bid Evaluation Plans, etc.
as needed Coupa:
Create contract workspace for new agreements for the Facilities group.
Manage all contract records for Facilities in Coupa; upload all new CCOR with supportive documentations and CCOR amendment versions.
Manage data for Coupa reports for expired, expiring, or overspent contracts.
Assist Contracts Specialist in creating tender events in Coupa as requested.
May be requested by Contract Specialist to monitor tender events are applicable.
SAP:
Process all SAP purchase requisitions generated by the line as requested by Contracts Specialist and/or Contracts Manager to generate SAP Service Purchase Order.
Generate SAP Outline Agreement to match Coupa Master Agreement and maintain accurate data between two system on expiration date and contract value.
Assist Contract Specialist and Manager with invoice resolution.
Find information pertinent to assist project leads for services request from Facilities such as Coupa contract and SAP outline Agreement (used for PR development in SAP).
File Management:
Mange O drive files (SharePoint) to ensure alignment with Coupa and all working copies and versions of contracts, CCORs and purchase orders are filed correctly.
Contract Analyst will need to reconcile data from Coupa and SAP for accuracy against O drive files.
This is an initial clean-up effort to ensure records are accurate.
Standardize O drive (Share Point) files for RFPs, RFI's, Master Agreements, CCOR's and purchase orders.
Upload requested Repsol contracts (redacting first) to Sharepoint Minimum Qualifications, Skills &
Experience:
Strong attention to detail and detailed oriented problem-solving skills.
Takes initiative, self-starter.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Handle large amounts of data.
Contract administration experience.
Ability to work with a variety of people (project controls, engineering, project management, logistics, legal, HSE, management, peers).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
