After working with my good friend, renowned Seattle chef Tom Douglas, for a decade and stints in the ultra-luxury cruise and private resort genres, I have returned to Anchorage, my home town, to re-stake roots and build upon the early success of a great local restaurant, Hearth! At Hearth my team and I are passionate about making food to rave about and remember.
As a trained pastry chef, I care about dessert too! The bottom line is I live and love what I do.
