Primary Job Responsibilities
o Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Branch
o Improve customer relationships with both an emphasis in and focus on excellent customer service
o Coach and train employees to achieve maximum productivity
o Deliver financial results (i.e. revenue, margin and return on capital employed)
o Develop and initiate a strategy to increase market share (i.e. new products, existing and non-existing business)
o Support the Sales Team in soliciting customers and growing market share
o Initiate and build a teambuilding and teamwork concept
o Initiate and improve communications, both internal and external
o Motivate workforce by exercising professionalism driven by the highest ethical standards
o Provide a work environment for employees dedicated to their safety and healthy work conditions
o Foster an environment that promotes good community citizenship
o Perform warehouse and/or driver duties, when required
o Responsible for cycle counting and inventory reconciliation
o Review stock material replenishment and stock out purchases to forecast usage and possible inventory
o Review open purchase orders, expedite material, and audit procurement cards
o Source material for customers
Job Requirements
o Relevant business experience (drilling, oil and gas production, electrical and/or pipeline)
o Product knowledge in the oil and gas industry
o Written and oral communication skills, both internal and external
o Marketing and negotiating skills
o Computer skills (Microsoft Office - Excel and Word)
o Make and be responsible for decisions

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
