We offer our Managers a competitive salary, quarterly bonuses, paid time off, a health and dental benefits plan, full company uniform, and a supportive work environment.
Starting salary range is $75,000 to $90,000 a year.
Additionally, our management is eligible for quarterly performance based bonuses up to $2500/quarter.
The schedule for our General Manager's is flexible, but does require a shift each weekend (or a weekend on/off rotation).

No less than 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience - required No less than 3 years of proven success in one or multiple of the following areas:
mechanical trade, sales, or a customer service related positions - required 1 year of experience in training and on-boarding of new hires - required Basic computer skills (familiarity with HR software, Microsoft Office, email, and iPads is important) - required Mechanical aptitude and willingness to get hands dirty and learn our mechanical systems - strongly preferred Pride in work, strong integrity and highly effective communication skills - required Eagerness to learn and adaptability to stretch and grow - No car wash experience? No problem.
