Seeking an individual to serve as a Project HSE Management System (HSE MS) Coordinator. The individual will be responsible for supporting the Alaska business Unit with effective implementation and coordination of the Health, Safety, and Environment Management System. The role will actively engage with various stakeholders to (1) identify all documents that are in scope (2) establish/verify document owners (3) propose and establish a review schedule (4) compare current business unit documents against corporate standards and (5) assist with streamlining current process for reviewing and approval of programs and procedures under the HSE MS. The position will report directly to the Kuparuk HSE Director during the early project phases of this multi-year project and will eventually transfer to the Anchorage HSE Director once a process has been fully established. The successful candidate will work with leaders at all levels.Responsibilities and skills:

Qualifications:
oBachelor's degree or higher in Safety, Environmental Sciences, Project Management or other related field, or foreign equivalentoPossess Usability Mapping skills or have a willingness to become a Usability Mapping technical authorityo5
years of experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Sharepoint, Microsoft Office, etc.oAdvanced level of proficiency to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.oAdvanced level of proficiency with learning new technologies quickly and using them in data analytics solutionsoAssociate Safety Professional (ASP) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) a plus Don't see a job for you? The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
