Child Development Lead - Koalas
Boys & Girls Clubs Child Development Center is looking for a Lead Infant Teacher for our Koalas classroom.
Must love snuggling and cuddling and requires high activity and movement to keep babies content and engaged.
This position works with infants 6 weeks to 12 months ensuring the safe coordination of activities and supervision of infants according to Boys & Girls Clubs and licensing standards.
This person leads the planning and documentation of infant room activities.
Requires High School diploma or equivalency and a basic understanding of child development (prefer 6 months experience tutoring, mentoring, or supervising children).
Minimum 6 months experience working with infants.
Child Development Associate (CDA) certificate completed or in progress or Associates degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
Must pass criminal record check as well as municipal licensing requirements.
