Position Summary and Responsibilities Job Summary This position will be responsible for tire repairs, tire rotations and tire replacements on all types of mobile equipment.
They will also perform daily preventative maintenance tire inspections.
Essential Functions Monitor tire wear and track tire life and positions Change all tires including:
light duty vehicles, medium duty vehicles, service equipment, and off:
road mining equipment Perform service, installation and repair of tire related components Recommend tire rotation/change:
outs as tires wear Desired Skills and Qualifications :
Must be able to install and maintain tire traction chains :
Understand tire changing procedures :
Ability to operate tire truck and handler for changing large off:
road equipment :
Basic mechanical skill with some knowledge of mining equipment :
