Position Summary and Responsibilities Meet production goals by coordinating the activities of the heap leach operations to maximize process Essential Functions Establish operating priorities and work with mine engineering, met/assay labs, maintenance and operations supervisors to meet production goals.
Maintain close working relationship with Mine Operations and Engineering departments on timing of ore deliveries, ripping requirements, reject placement, piping activities etc.
Manage and evaluate the job performance and development, and supervisory skills.
Review performance evaluations, recommend promotions, and carry out disciplinary actions, in conjunction with the Human Resources Department as needed.

Work with purchasing and warehouse to ensure constant availability of heap leach parts, tools, equipment, and consumables.
