POSITION Learning & Development Clinical Specialist DIVISION Organizational Development & Innovation/ Development Center NATURE OF WORK:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Customer Care & Relationships:
1.
Creates, develops, and nurtures culturally appropriate interactions and connections with each other, customer-owners, and the community.
2.
Delivers a broad range of clinically-focused L&D solutions, while mastering appropriate clinical subject matter expertise in assigned areas - Incorporates Adult Learning Theory and Principals into all career development mentoring approaches, designs, plans, and execution.
- Participates in the development, analysis, and implementation of the DC's Annual Workforce Learning Needs Assessment.
- Supports-and consults with-the DC Learning & Development Team, on alignment of all L&D.
Communications & Teamwork:
1.
Shares and receives information, opinions, concerns, and feedback in a supportive manner.
3.
Demonstrates trainer and/or educator skills (to include facilitation skills, presentation and interpersonal skills, consulting skills, networking throughout the organization, and strong follow-up skills ensuring fast and efficient completion of tasks).

Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor or Associates degree in Nursing or Master's degree in mental health field including; social work, counseling, psychology.
2.
Three (3) years of experience as a Registered Nurse or Clinician.
3.
Three (3) years of experience in the field of training and development, education, vocational/occupational counseling or related field.
This includes being a preceptor, mentor or supervisor for students or less medical or mental health professionals.
4.
Certificate/Certification by ASTD (American Society of Training and Development), or like industry-recognized organization (or ability to obtain within six months).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
