Cardno ENTRIX is seeking a Natural Resources Specialist III in our Anchorage, AK office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Establishing and maintaining productive working relationships with diverse groups of people including those whose interests at times are adversarial
Conduct public meetings, working with special interest groups or other entities with differing goals or values
Interpreting statues and regulations for the purpose of determining their applicability for the proposed use of public land
Gather and analyze technical and factual information for the purpose of recommending a specific course of action
Requirements
Basic
Qualifications:
B.A. in related field
Experience conducting public meetings, working with special interest groups or other entities with differing goals or values
Experience that demonstrates your ability to use and interpret maps, surveys, plats and GIS
Experience operating snow-machines, all-terrain vehicles, 4-wheel drive trucks and small watercraft
Experience demonstrating your proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
Willing and able to travel to remote locations
