Provide support to environmental investigation and remediation projects including all phases of planning, water and soil sampling, data analysis, work plan and report writing, and subcontractor oversight and management. Functions as a technical specialist formulating and developing advanced concepts, techniques, and standards. Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity that require a high degree of innovation and ingenuity. Work performed under management's direction toward long-range goals and objectives. May have significant client interaction. The successful candidate will be capable of working effectively in both the office and field. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, self-starter, who is organized and able to work effectively with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and work effectively with internal and external clients.7-10 years of experience required, BS or MS in scientific discipline, computer literacy in software typical of discipline is preferred. An advanced degree may be required. 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certificate desirable but not required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
