Providence is calling a Clinical Psychologist to Providence Behavioral Health at the OPA Building in Anchorage, AK.
Provides outpatient and inpatient psychological care and provides support to both medical and professional staff. Works in collaboration with other behavioral health care providers, hospital staff and community providers.
In this position, you will:
Provide general psychological services for both inpatients and outpatients, including, but not limited to: general psychological testing and assessments, psychological evaluations for agencies and psychotherapy.
Participate in case review and case conferences.
Provide documentation and charting.
Plan and participate in new programs.
Make presentations to groups; participate in staff training when appropriate.
Required qualifications for this position include:
PhD or equivalent in clinical psychology.
Current AK State Psychologist license required.
Board certified or working toward certification.
Two years' experience in clinical setting required.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Specialty in neuropsychology or other psychology certifications preferred.
